RCG worked closely with the CM coordination team to perform CAD and BIM coordination services, along with providing project administration services. Our scope of work included: facilitating coordination between the CM, BHS, architect, engineers, subcontractors and vendors, on-site and off-site logistics, developing cost estimates, and reviewing design development drawings. The project included several casino bars, a centralized kitchen and food court, specialty dining areas, a banquet area, warehouse storage, and a laundry area. RCG managed the procurement and on-site installation of all the food service and laundry equipment. Each of Resorts World Catskills’ hotels offer a unique experience with perfectly designed.
